The pneumatic double diaphragm pump uses the pressure difference in the air chamber to alternately generate suction liquid and
positive liquid pressure in the liquid chamber. Controlling the valve switch can ensure the positive flow of liquid.


After ventilating, the pump starts to run and works continuously to ensure that the required pressure remains unchanged. The pump
will increase and maintain the delivery tube pressure, and will stop when the maximum delivery tube pressure is reached, and
resume pumping when needed.

Always flush the pump with a solvent compatible with the materialbeing pumped if the material being pumped is subject to . Setting up"when not in use for a period of time.Disconnect the air supply from the pump if it is to be inactive for a fewhours.The outlet material volume is governed not only by the air supply butalso by the material supply available at the inlet. The material supplytubing should not be too small or restrictive. Be sure not to use hosewhich might collapse. When the diaphragm pump is used in a forced-feed (flooded inlet)situation it is recommended that a Check Valve" be installed at theair inlet.Secure the diaphragm pump legs to a suitable surface to insureagainst damage by vibration.
