Our casting process utilises a variety of materials, including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, high manganese steel, and special alloy steel. Through silica sol casting, we achieve precision and versatility, producing components ranging from 0.01kgs to 50kgs. In addition, our Sand Casting capabilities allow for the production of heavier parts, ranging from 0.5kgs to 10 tons, using materials like ductile iron, gray iron, high chrome iron, and various steel alloys.
Our material offerings include austenitic stainless steel variants such as CF8, CF8M, CF3, and CF3M, as well as martensitic stainless steel options like 1Cr13 and 2Cr13, and precipitation-hardening stainless steel such as 17-4PH. Furthermore, we operate a state-of-the-art vacuum furnace dedicated to producing superalloy castings, including turbines, turbine blades, superchargers, and a range of nickel and chromium-based alloy castings.
In addition to our casting capabilities, we boast advanced CNC machining equipment, including vertical machining centres, turning machines, and milling machines. This allows us to produce stainless steel parts with exceptional precision and flexibility, catering to weights ranging from 0.005kg to 2000kg.
