General We have developed our USDP dredging pumps, which are used in the dredging, marine, reclamation field. These series of dredging pumps have characteristic features: easy installation, wear resistant, long-life service, high efficiency, reliable bearing lining and good economical efficiency.    B. Construction These type of pumps have single casing and double casing structure. USDP 200~500 dredging pumps is single pump casing, single-stage, single suction, cantilever horizontal structure. USDP 600~1000 dredging pumps is double suction single-stage, single-suction cantilever horizontal structure with bracket. At the same flow capability, changing the impeller’s rotating speed or changing the impeller diameter can change the head. 5)Excellent anti-wear performance, Long service of wet spare parts The hardness of Impeller, liner and front &back liner plate are more than 58HRC, which has both strong anti-attack feature and higher wear resistance and abrasion features resistance. 6)A little hydraulic loss, High efficiency, Low power consumption Series of USDP dredging pump working efficiency is higher 2~3% than Other dredging pump working efficiency. 7)Reliable shaft sealing without leakage   D. Welding All fabricated casting used in the construction of the pump will be to manufacturing standard of UniSite or other classification society. All materials normally are high-chromium white cast iron with our standard material sheet, but not limited for other specified material from client. Paint systems for hull protection will be of the highest quality (Hempel, Inter, Sigma, Jotun)   E. Workmanship We use technology to adjust the wrap angle and thickness of impellers and can analyze the complex actual flow forming and analog the process, predict the possible defects in order to reduce the rejection rate   F.
